Creamy Egg Mornay

Age: 12 months +

1 tablespoon grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup hot milk
2 teaspoons rice cereal
1 hard boiled egg

1. Stir in the cheese and baby cereal into the hot milk in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened.
2. Mash or chop the egg and add it to the sauce.

Hint: For a vegetable variation add 1/2 cup of cooked mixed frozen vegetables.
