Curried Chicken and Sweet Potato
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
200g chicken tenderloin, finely diced
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cups roughly mashed sweet potato
2 teaspoons mild curry powder
1 tablespoon milk
1. Heat oil in Frypan. Add chicken and onion and cook until browned.
2. Combine ingredients; cool.
3. Make pies as per instructions.
