Corn Dip

Corn Dip

2 cups canned corn kernels
2-3 cups yogurt
1/4 cup water
pinch salt
1 teaspoon crushed garlic (optional)
chopped parsley or mint leaves to garnish

Just throw all of the ingredients into a bowl. Mix, mix, mix, and enjoy!
On very hot days refrigerate for about half an hour to an hour before serving.
