Chicken Noodle and Vegetable Soup
2 packets chicken noodle soup
2 bunches spring onions
Chicken breast or thigh fillets
# Cut and dice all the vegetable ingredients and place in pot, add garlic and chicken noodle soup packets. # Adjust the quantity of vegetables to the size of the pot. If it does not look like enough add more.
# Let simmer until nearly cooked.
# Cut the chicken breast or fillets into cubes and stir fry in a little butter. Add to the soup and simmer for about an hour, or until pieces are cooked.
