Cabbage noodles are excellent for serving with a protein style Napolese sauce. Try stir-frying minced meat, onion and garlic; add tomato paste, tomatoes and mixed herbs and seasoning; simmer to thicken then pour the sauce over the cabbage noodles.
1 cabbage, shredded
4 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to season
Melt butter in a large saucepan, add cabbage and sautÃ© 5 minutes. Season and serve.
