3/4 cup trim milk
1 heaped teaspoon instant coffee or 1 shot espresso coffee
2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 cup easiyo yoghurt
1 tablespoon vanilla ice-cream (optional)
coffee or cocoa powder to garnish
Blend together the milk, coffee, sugar, yoghurt and ice-cream. Pour into a chilled glass and sprinkle the coffee or cocoa on top to garnish.
Variation: To make this drink extra refreshing on a hot day, add 2 ice cubes before serving.
