1 x packet of vanilla or butter cake mix
1 x cup of desiccated coconut
125g melted butter
can of Pie Apple
carton of sour cream (the smaller one)
# Mix cake mix and coconut together. Pour in melted butter and mix until combined. Press mixture into a slice tin and smooth.
# Bake for 15 minutes on 180c, or until lightly golden.
# Take out of oven, and top with pie apple (can chop finer). Spread evenly over base; then spread sour cream over apple. Sprinkle top with cinnamon.
# Return to oven and back for further 10-15 minutes.
# Turn off oven and leave to cool on rack in oven.
# Remove when slightly warm and cut into slices whilst still in slice tray. Put slice in fridge to chill.
