Apple and Banana Porridge

Apple and Banana Porridge

Serving size: Serves 4

1 1/3 cups (120g) rolled oats
2 apples, grated
1/4 cup (60ml)
low-fat milk
2 bananas, sliced
honey or maple syrup, to serve

Combine oats and 3 cups water in a saucepan and cook according to packet directions. Add apple for last 2 minutes of cooking. Stir in milk.

Pour porridge into serving bowls and top with banana slices. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup and serve.
