Shake and Bake Quiche
1 1/2 cups Milk
1 1/2 tablespoons of melted butter
1 cup diced meat (bacon, ham, chicken or anything you would like)
1 small onion (diced)
1 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup self-raising flour
Salt and pepper to taste
(Can add asparagus, salmon, corn, spinach, mushrooms or anything you like)
Place all the ingredients in a container with a lid and shake well.
Place in a greased 12″ quiche dish and bake at 150Â° for about one hour. This recipe forms its own pastry.
