Savoury Impossible Pie
5 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cups pastry mix
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup chopped bacon
1/2 cup diced onion
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
2. Pour into a greased pie dish.
3. Put into moderately hot oven for 30-40 minutes until cooked.
Can be eaten hot or cold.
