Rocky Road Slice
800g milk chocolate (not cooking chocolate)
100g chopped marshmallows
100g roasted unsalted peanuts
70g glazed cherries
1/4 cup toasted desiccated coconut
Line 25cm loaf tin with baking paper. Melt chocolate and stir coconut through. Place 1/4 choc mix on base of pan, then sprinkle on handful of remaining ingredients. Pour on another choc layer and sprinkle again. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
