1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
150g Rice Bubbles
Melt butter in a saucepan, add marshmallows and cook over a low heat, stirring constantly until marshmallows are melted and mixture well blended.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla essence.
Add Rice Bubbles and stir until well coated. Press mixture into a buttered 33 X 22cm tin. Cut into squares when cool.
Makes approximately 24 X 5cm squares
