Creamed Rice with Sultanas

1/4 cup (55 g / 1 2/3 oz) short-grain rice
3 cups (750 ml / 24 fl oz) vanilla
soy or rice milk
2 tablespoons caster sugar
2 tablespoons sultanas

1. Put the rice, milk and sugar into a pan. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until the rice is soft.
2. Stir in the sultanas and cook for 10 minutes.

Serves 2.
