1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil
2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce
3 tablespoons of Chinese cooking wine or Japanese Mirin
1 teaspoon finely grated ginger
1 clove of garlic crushed
Mix it all together and marinate the chicken for 4 to 8 hours in the fridge.
Put it in a plastic bag and make sure all air is out of the bag before sealing.
Cook the chicken any way you like
