Bacon and Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms
Pack cream cheese softened
1 small onion
5 slices bacon, fried crisp
15-20 large mushrooms
# Preheat oven to 180C.
# Take stems from mushrooms reserving 4 or 5.
# Clean well and set aside.
# Chop onion well, and chop reserved stems.
# Fry bacon till crisp, reserving fat. Drain the fat and add onions, stems to softened cream cheese. Crumble bacon in cheese mixture. Combine well.
# Scoop some into each mushroom cap.
# Bake for 10-15 min on baking sheet then grill to brown tops.
