Yucky Dip

Yucky Dip

1 carton light cream cheese
1 tub sour light cream
Some grated cheese
chopped onion
chopped ham or fried bacon

Mix all this in a microwavable bowl and heat through till grated cheese has melted.

Scoop out the center of a cob bread bun, and pour the dip into that hollow. Heat through in oven till bread is crusty. Toast the scooped out bread pieces along side and use these as some of the dipping pieces.

If you don’t want to use ham or bacon you could add some finely diced silver beat, or corn kernels.
