1/2 punnet strawberries
1 Tablespoon water
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup reduced fat vanilla yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
4 scoops reduced fat mango frozen yogurt
Blend strawberries and water in a blender until smooth. Reserve 2 tablespoons of puree for decoration. Add the milk, yogurt and honey to the blender and blend until smooth. Place frozen yogurt scoops into two chilled serving glasses. Pour over strawberry smoothie. Garnish with a swirl of reserved strawberry puree and serve immediately.
