Pumpkin and Bacon Quiche

Pumpkin and Bacon Quiche

2 rashers bacon, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 cup mashed pumpkin
1 cup crumbed feta cheese
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons cream
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
salt and pepper to taste

1. Saute bacon in Frypan until crisp, add onion and cook 2-3 minutes; cool.
2. Combine all ingredients.
3. Place pastry base into preheated Pie Maker, pour mixture into the base. Close and cook for 10 minutes then turn off and leave for 3 minutes to set.
