1/4 watermelon (about 300g flesh)
2 ripe kiwifruit
Pulp from 6 passionfruit (about 200ml), strained if desired
Chop melon into 4cm pieces, discarding any seeds. Transfer to a plastic container and place in freezer for 2 hours. Peel and roughly chop kiwifruit. Place passionfruit pulp, kiwifruit and chilled melon in a large blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Serve chilled.
