500gm mince beef
1 onion finely sliced
2 cups of been, chopped into 1cm lengths
500 mls of chicken stock
1/4 cabbage finely sliced
Brown the mince and onions in a little butter or oil. Add the beans and chicken stock and allow to simmer gently cooking the beans and the meat completely. Once most of the liquid has absorbed, and the cooking is nearly complete, add the cabbage. This is so that the cabbage is still crisp.
