Meat Lovers Pizza
250g very lean beef mince
2 Tablespoons tomato salsa dip – medium
light shredded cheese
sprinkle chives, chopped
fresh parsley, chopped
1. Heat an electric frying pan on high until hot. Line with baking paper. Press the mince onto baking paper to form base of the pizza. Sprinkle with seasoned pepper and salt to taste. Cook, covered, on high until the mince changes colour. Turn the meat and continue to cook for a few minutes.
2. Place the salsa, cheese, chopped chives, parsley and paprika onto the mince and cook on medium, covered, for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Serve with vegetables as a main meal or with salad as a snack with crusty bread.
