1/2 tsp mixed spice
2 Tbsp milk
175g S.R Flour
25g flaked almonds
1 Tbsp honey, extra
# Preheat oven to 180C. Grease and line an 18cm springform pan.
# Melt honey, sugar and butter over low heat.
# In a bowl sift the flour and spice, make a well in the center and stir in the butter mix.
# Mix together the egg and milk and add.
# Pour cake mix into pan and top with almonds.
# Bake for 35 minutes. Remove and cool in pan.
# When cool drizzle with extra honey.
