Thai Chicken Meatballs

2 cloves garlic, crushed
800g chicken mince
1/2 cup coriander, roughly chopped
3 Tbsp crunchy peanut butter
2 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp oil

Sauce:
810g can crushed tomatoes
415g can puree tomatoes
1 cup coriander, chopped

1. In a large bowl mix all ingredients for the meatballs except oil. Form into small walnut sized balls.
2. Brown meatballs in heated oil in a shallow frying pan and put aside.
3. Pour sauce into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add browned meatballs and cook on low heat for 15 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through.
4. Serve with rice or pasta.
