Avocado Dip
2 ripe avocados
1 large tub light sour cream
6 spring onions-finely chopped
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1 big firm tomato-seeds removed
grated tasty cheese
Mash avocado with fork and spread on a dinner plate size serving dish.
Mix sour cream, spring onion and taco seasoning together and spread over avocado.
Top with a layer of diced tomato and cover with grated cheese.
Serve with corn chips.
