Beef Stroganoff

750g Fillet Steak
2 Tablespoons Plain Flour
1 Teaspoon Paprika
Salt and Pepper
125g Butter
1 Large Onion
500g Mushrooms
2/3 Cup Water
2 Beef Stock Cubes
2 Tablespoons Tomato Past
300ml Sour Cream
1 Teaspoon Cornflour

# Cut meat into strips.
# Mix Plain Flour, Paprika, Salt and Pepper on a plate.
# Toss meat in Flour/Paprika/Salt and Pepper mix (so each bit is coated).
# Heat butter in frying pan until hot.
# Brown meat and then take meat out of pan and put aside.
# Add onion to pan and sauté gently until lightly browned.
# Add mushrooms, sauté gently until tender.
# Return meat to pan with water, crumbled stock cubes and tomato paste.
# Stir until combined. and bring to the boil.
# Reduce heat and simmer.
# Mix Sour cream and cornflour in a small bowl until will combined.
# Gradually add to meat mixture, stirring until boils and thickens.
# Serve with pasta, rice or mash potato.
