1 cup stewed apples
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
Put stewed apples (or other fruit) in an ovenproof dish.
Mix rolled oats (or plain flour), brown sugar, butter or margarine and cinnamon.
Sprinkle this mixture over the fruit and bake in a moderate oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
