Honey Soy Chicken Pies
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
250g chicken mince
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoons light soy sauce
1/2 red capsicum, chopped finely
1. Heat oil in Frypan. Cook the garlic and ginger for l minute. Add the mince and cook stirring until the mince just starts to turn white.
2. Add the capsicum and cook for a further 1 minute. Add the honey and soy and cook for a further 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
3. Make pies as per instructions.
