Yucky Dip

Yucky Dip

3-4 spring onions
4 rashers bacon
250g cream cheese
250g sour cream
250g grated cheese
parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Italian seasoning to taste
round loaf to serve in

Finely chop onions, and bacon and microwave for about 3 mins. Add rest of ingredients, mix well and serve in a hollowed cob loaf (or any other loaf) using the inside of the bread for dippers. You can also chop up slices of bread for extra dippers. Heat in a moderate oven until dippers and loaf are nice and crispy.
