Wholemeal Cheese Damper

1 cup wholemeal self-raising flour
1 cup self-raising flour
60g butter
1/2 cup grated tasty cheese
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup water

1. Sift flour into a large bowl, rub in butter and stir through tasty cheese.
2. Make a well in the centre, add milk and water, stir well to make a sticky dough. Knead lightly until smooth.
3. Spoon mixture into preheated Pie Maker and cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
