3 cups Rice Bubbles
1 cup mixed fruit
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup dry powdered milk
3/4 cup sifted icing sugar
drop vanilla essence
1. Put dry ingredients and vanilla essence into mixing bowl.
2. Add cooled, melted copha and mix well.
3. Press mixture firmly into a biscuit tray. Set in refrigerator. Cut into squares.
