White Chocolate Cheesecake
(185g) 1 1/2 cups crushed plain chocolate biscuits
90g butter, melted
500g cream cheese, softened
1 can condensed milk
200g White Melts, melted
1 Tbsp Gelatine
1/4 cup boiling water
100g Dark Melts, melted
# Combine biscuit crumbs and butter, press into springform pan, refrigerate until firm.
# Beat cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth.
# Beat in melted white melts and cream.
# Combine gelatine and water, stir until dissolved. Beat gelatine into cheesecake mixture.
# Spoon over crust.
# Swirl melted dark chocolate through cheesecake.
# Refrigerate until firm.
