2 scoops vanilla ice-cream
500 ml milk
1 Tablespoon icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1. Measure milk, sugar, vanilla and ice-cream into the jar. Screw the lid on tightly.
2. Hold onto the jar tightly and shake it for 1 minute (about 120 times).
3. Pour milkshake into glasses and drink right away.
