Tuna and Broccoli Pies

1 small onion, chopped
30g butter
1 tablespoon flour
2/3 cup milk
2/3 cup grated cheese
1 cup broccoli florets, blanched
185g can tuna, drained

1. To make sauce: sauté onion in butter for 2=3 minutes.
2. Add flour and stir well.
3. Whisk in milk and cheese until smooth.
4. Combine all ingredients.
5. Make pies as per instructions.

Tip: Sprinkle top of pie with sesame seeds before cooking.
