Swiss Steak

Serves 8

2 kg round steak, trimmed
1/2 cup flour
Salt and pepper to taste
2 stalks celery, chopped
4 carrots, peeled and chopped
2 onions, peeled and chopped
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 x 425g cans tomatoes
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese

Cut steak in to serving size pieces. Toss in flour mixed with seasonings. Place in Slow Cooker. Add chopped vegetables and Worcestershire sauce. Pour tomatoes over meat and vegetables. Cover and cook on LOW for 7-10 hours or HIGH for 4 hours. Just before serving, sprinkle with grated cheese.
