6 strawberries, quartered
1 x 25 litre bottle lemonade
1 x 750ml bottle ginger ale
1 x 850ml can pineapple juice
3 cups orange juice
fresh pineapple wedges to decorate
1. Place a strawberry quarter in each hole of 2 x 12-hole ice-cube trays. Divide 2 cups of the lemonade among ice-cube trays; freeze.
2. Combine remaining lemonade, ginger ale and juices in a large punch bowl or jug.
3. Just before serving, add lemonade ice-cubes.
4. Decorate with fresh pineapple wedges.
Makes about 12 cups
