Spinach, Cheese and Onion Dip

70g baby spinach leaves
2 tsp olive oil
6 spring onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
250g ricotta cheese
250g fetta cheese
2 tbsp lemon juice

Steam spinach leaves, drain and cool. Chop finely.
Blend or process spinach with remaining ingredients until smooth.
