Spicy Turkish Chilli Tuna, Mayo and Rocket Pizza

Turkish bread rolls, halved (1 per person)
chilli tuna
whole egg mayonnaise
butter
salt and pepper, or/and sweet chilli sauce
rocket, basil, or sweet chilli sauce

1. Split Turkish bread rolls in half, toast until golden.
2. Spread with butter, then chilli tuna. Dollop with mayonnaise and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add some fresh rocket or basil, or a little sweet chilli sauce.
