Seafood Laksa Pies
1 tablespoon peanut oil
4 green onions, sliced
300g seafood marinara, diced
2 tablespoons laksa paste
1/3 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup cooked and drained vermicelli noodles
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
1. Heat oil in Frypan. Add onions and seafood and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add laksa paste and coconut milk. Simmer for 1 minute or until sauce thickens.
2. Transfer to a bowl and combine with remaining ingredients.
3. Make pies as per instructions.
