Salmon Patties

2 cups mashed potato
1 x 110g can pink salmon, drained
2 green onions, sliced
1 egg
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

1. Combine ingredients, mash well.
2. Grease Pie Maker and place 1/2 cup of filling into dishes. Cook for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
