500g beef mince
1 carrot coarsely grated
1 zucchini coarsely grated
1/2 brown onion chopped finely
1/2 cup stale breadcrumbs
1 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil

Combine everything except the olive oil and roll into small balls
Heat oil in frypan and cook.

Note: Vegetables can be sautéed before hand.
