2 teaspoons finely chopped parsley
1 1/2 cups of ricotta cheese
4 slices of white bread
salt and freshly ground black
1. Combine egg and parsley. Beat well.
2. Add ricotta, stir until combined.
3. Cut bread with large cutter and spread the underside with butter/margarine.
4. Place bread into Pie Maker and fill the cups with the cheese mixture. Bake for 10 minutes.
Note: Flatten the bread with a rolling pin.
