2 cups cooked basmati rice
1/8 cup french dressing
1/8 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tablespoons spring onions chopped
1/2 cup corn kernels drained
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon mustard (dry)
black pepper to taste
1/4 cup celery chopped
1/4 cup carrots julienned
1/4 cup capsicum mixed julienned
150 grams bacon (fat removed) diced and grilled
Combine the rice, French dressing, mayonnaise, green onion, curry powder, dry mustard and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate until chilled.
To the chilled rice mixture add the bacon and vegetables and mix well.
