Rice Pudding

Rice Pudding

5 cups milk
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
2 teaspoons cornflour
3/4 cup short grain rice
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk extra approx

Place milk, rice, and lemon juice in saucepan. Stir occasionally over low heat until rice is cooked (approx 30 minutes).

Add cornflour and sugar to the extra milk and then add to rice mixture; stir until cooked (approx 20 minutes).
