Not suitable for freezing

1/2 cup cooked rice
1/2 tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 tablespoon ricotta cheese
1 tablespoon cooked peas
A little breast milk, made-up formula or water

1. Combine rice, tomato, ricotta cheese and peas.
2. Mash, blend or mouli according to your baby’s preference.
