Quick Mix Patties
4 1/2 oz butter or margarine
2/3 cup castor sugar
2 eggs
1/3 cup milk
vanilla
1 1/4 cups SR flour
Put all the above ingredients into a mixing bowl. Beat with electric mixer until mixture changes colour. Place spoonfuls in patty papers and bake 190C.
This is a lovely light mixture and the cakes taste yummy.
Ice with icing and decorate with sprinkles or small lollies.
