3 cups spiral noodles (cooked)
1/2 cup diced bacon (cooked)
3/4 cup grated tasty cheese
1 pkt cheese and leek soup
2 1/2 cups milk; 2 cups if cooked in microwave
2 tbsp butter
Melt butter add blended soup and milk, stir till boiling then combine with noodles and bacon. Pour into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake at 180’C for 15 minutes.
Combine blended soup and milk cover cook on high for 4 minutes. Stir twice during cooking. Mix in bacon and noodles. Pour into casserole dish and cook on high for 3 minutes. Place cheese on top and put under the grill for a few minutes to get a nice brown top.
