3 cups rice bubbles
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup toasted flaked almonds
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
1 cup sultanas
1 tablespoon cocoa
1 cup milk chocolate bits
3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon glucose
1. Combine first 8 ingredients.
2. Place butter, condensed milk and glucose in pan, stir over low heat (or microwave) until butter has melted. Add to dry ingredients, mix well.
3. Press mixture into foil-lined 18cmx28cm lamington pan, refrigerate until firm.
4. Cut into slices and store in refrigerator.
