Little Meatballs

Little Meatballs

500g finely minced veal
1 onion, grated
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon salt-reduced soy sauce
1 egg, beaten
vegetable oil, for cooking

1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Roll into little balls in clean, cold hands.
3. Cook in a frying pan in a little heated oil over a medium heat, turning until brown and cooked through.
4. Drain on kitchen paper towels before serving.

Variations:
Finely minced lean chicken, lamb or beef may be used.
