Lemon Delicious
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tbsp margarine
2 cups milk
4 eggs
4 tbsp flour
juice of 2 lemons
Cream butter and sugar.
Separate whites from yolks of eggs, add yolks to mixture then add flour and lemon juice, the milk; fold in stiffly beaten egg white.
Pour into pie dish.
Stand in dish of water and bake in moderate oven.
