2 packets Lattice biscuits
250g cream cheese
250g unsalted butter
250g caster sugar
1/2 cup boiling water
1 teaspoon gelatine
Cream butter and sugar until smooth. Mix in cheese.
Dissolve gelatine in boiling water and add to mixture. Mix well.
Line tin with foil and place one layer of biscuits on the base.
Spread mixture over the base and cover with another layer of biscuits.
Allow to set in refrigerator. Cut into squares or slices.
